Refurbishment works to Level 4 and Level 12 of the Auckland District Court building in Albert Street, including new offices, kitchen, plant room and all associated services and the upgrade of an existing courtroom. There were strict requirements around working conditions due to construction occurring above the operational courtroom levels.
